Lee has worked in the investment and development industry for over 30 years and understands that the market never stands still—there are always opportunities if you know where to look and understand your clients’ needs.
He began in the mid-1990s, acquiring and selling large Victorian houses for conversion into apartment schemes and HMO’s. As the regeneration of Clerkenwell and Shoreditch gathered momentum in the late 1990s, Lee shifted his focus to the sale of substantially larger warehouse and office buildings primed for redevelopment.
Thereafter, Lee moved into land acquisitions for a Brownfield fund, acquiring sites nationwide for regeneration and redevelopment across a broad range of property sectors.
Subsequently, Lee partnered with The Estate Office and Cowell Group, advising UK-based and international clients on the acquisition of investment and development properties across the UK.
He then founded and grew a specialist land company, acquiring and disposing of land opportunities throughout the UK.
In 2026, Lee makes a welcome return as a senior consultant, bringing decades of experience to advise both our clients and internal team on larger-scale acquisitions, while also supporting the needs of our overseas clients.
Outside of work, Lee is a dedicated family man with three children and is now proudly a grandfather. He has a passion for golf, as many a deal can be struck on the golf course. He also spent nine highly successful years coaching youth football, winning league titles and cups in both the UK and Europe.
