Chaim spent five years in the Investment & Development team at Greene & Co, one of London’s leading independent agencies, before joining Estate Office in 2004 as an equity partner. Over the past two decades, he has built Estate Office into one of the UK’s foremost investment and development agencies.
In 2017, Chaim led a management buyout alongside Daniel Minsky, and together they continue to expand the business’s reach while preserving the agility and independence that define its success.
Widely regarded as one of the industry’s most skilled negotiators, Chaim is known for his instinct in identifying opportunities and his determination to turn them into results. Although Estate Office is headquartered in London, Chaim’s client base spans the globe, encompassing family offices, trusts, and public companies.
