1. Commercial Agent
We are now looking for a results-driven, experienced Commercial Investment Agent to join our high-performing and energetic team.
The Role
Estate Office have built a large client base of overseas investors with requirements and appetite to invest in London and regional cities. The ideal applicant will be expected to assist with these enquiries and service their purchasing requirements in the UK. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career, take ownership of transactions, and be part of a growing and exciting business.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong network of high-net-worth commercial investors and industry contacts
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the Greater and Central London commercial property market
- A track record of sourcing, managing, and closing commercial deals, including trophy assets
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships understanding their requirements
- Creative thinking and a sharp eye for identifying emerging opportunities, including off-market deals
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

2. Residential Development / Residential Capital Markets Agent
We are also looking for a results-driven, experienced Residential Development/Residential Capital Markets Agent to join our high-performing and energetic team.
The Role
Day to day responsibilities will include carrying out inspections at sites/buildings, generating business by phoning and meeting contacts from our extensive database and valuing and appraising opportunities – training can be given in this regard.
The role would suit a hungry, driven, entrepreneurial and well-connected agent looking to grow and earn an uncapped amount.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Investment Agency or Acquisition experience (at least 2 years)
- A good understanding of the London property market and values
- The ability to cope under pressure and work smartly and efficiently
- Be able to think on their feet
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of generating fees
- Strong negotiation skills
- Personable and capable
- A strong network of contacts
- Excellent business development and presentation skills
- The ability to efficiently manage your time and own workload
- Ability to work within a team structure
- Full driving licence
