Following our recent successes, we are looking for more investment opportunities to acquire for retained overseas UHNW clients with a proven track record. 



  • Any UK location
  • Any sector (office, retail, retail warehouse, leisure, roadside, etc.)
  • Minimum term certain of 15 years
  • Strong tenant (D&B 5A1)
  • Lot size: £5m - £150m
  • Minimum yield - c.5.0%+
