Our director Chaim Aziz recently attended a seminar in which he presented to Hong Kong based clients looking to inward invest into the UK Property Market. The presentation discussed the current National and London market, including cross sector yields and commercial investment. Chaim also highlighted where we see opportunity and our views on the future outlook in the marketplace.
The presentation was arranged jointly with hosts RSM who provided tax advice, and Mishcon De Reya LLP who delivered an update on recent case law and legislation.
