In a further sign of expansion, Estate Office are excited to announce the launch of a new Lease Advisory department which will specialise in advising clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and other professional services.
This exciting addition to our long-standing investment and development agency will be led by Charles Daniels, who brings with him over 15 years’ experience working for PLC landlords and national tenants, as well as managing substantial portfolios of commercial property.
The new service will be working with public and private sector clients to solve property related issues, anticipate market trends, absorb and interpret new intelligence and legislation and adding value throughout. We aim to help our clients make informed decisions and take advantage of every investment and development opportunity.
