Nicholas Cowell - DirectorCo founder of The Estate Office in 1985. Nicholas is responsible for the overall running of The Estate Office and Cowell Group of Companies. He has also had senior management positions with aAim Property Fund and sat on their advisory board alongside such luminaries as Sir David frost and Sir Brian Goswell. Nicholas is also non executive director of Livedrive a computer software company. His passion is property investment and development. |

Adrian Levy - DirectorCo-founder of the Estate Office back in 1985. He is responsible for residential and commercial acquisitions and specialises in advising on the sale and acquisition of large portfolios. He is a renowned deal-maker in the property industry, with an enviable track record of steering clients through the process advantageously. He began his career with Druce & Company, London W1. Adrian sits on the board as a Director of a number successful property companies in advising on sales and acquisitions. |

Chaim Aziz - DirectorChaim has responsibility for running and developing the residential investment department. In common with several other members of the team, he is regarded as one of the best deal-makers in the property marketplace. He brings tireless enthusiasm to his role, working long hours in the office to give best service to his clients. He began his career in the property industry at Greene & Co, London. |

Robert Bearman - Commercial DirectorRobert entered the property market in 1978 initially gaining valuable experience in both the North and Central London residential and commercial property investment and development markets with various high profile estate agents / property companies. He joined Nicholas Cowell and Adrian Levy as a Director at The Estate Office in 1993 and specialises in sourcing off market residential and commercial transactions, portfolios and corporate acquisitions and disposals at all levels of the market, for and on behalf of a number of substantial retained client investors and developers. He has a detailed knowledge of both commercial and residential property yields, commercial rental values and GDV's for residential development situations. He also sits on the board of a number of private property companies. |

Sara Nathan - DirectorSara manages the residential Lettings Department within the Estate Office which involves renting our own portfolio of properties and in addition providing tenants for other independent professional landlords. Having been involved in the industry for over 14 years, she has a wealth of experience and has worked in various Estate Agents in and around London. Sara joined us in October 2008. |

Glenn D’Cruz - Financial Controller
Glenn is the financial controller for the Estate Office and specialises
in management and financial planning for the larger property transactions.
He has been in the property industry for approximately ten years and has
vast experience in managing both residential and commercial property. |

Chiara Galasso - Property Manager/PAChiara is the manager of all our residential investment properties and deals with all aspects of their upkeep and status. She also looks after the general running of the office including the administration staff and various technical systems, which enable us to keep in touch with a large portfolio of clients and applicants on a daily basis. Chiara has been involved in the property industry for approximately twelve years and was previously managing two offices in North London, including managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties. |

Daniel Minsky - Investment SalesDaniel graduated from The Cass Business School with a degree in Real Estate, Finance & Investment, in May 2008. He then joined City firm Pater Goodman Merriman shortly thereafter where his professional career began. In June 2009, he joined us at The Estate Office where he has proved to be a much valued member of the team. His responsibilities are varied in the office but primarily he works closely with Director Chaim Aziz in all aspects of investment and development agency. Daniel is now working towards gaining his RICS accreditation with a view to qualifying in 2011. |

Robert Benjamin - New Homes & InvestmentsRobert Benjamin has over 12 years of experience in the London property market, primarily marketing both residential and commercial investments to Asian investors, he has joined us to create and head up the New Homes Department with a view to market off plan residential developments to investors in Asia and other emerging markets. Born in Singapore where his family still live, he continues to have strong ties in the region and we look forward to promoting The Estate Office Brand to the area. Robert has a Law Degree + MA in Property Valuation & Law. |

Charlie Hunter - AcquisitionsCharlie joined The Estate Office in June 2010. He is primarily involved within the Cowell Group of Companies, a new and exciting division of our Company which is expected to expand over the next few years. He works very closely with our Directors Nicholas Cowell, Adrian Levy and Robert Bearman and is responsible for assisting and bringing together residential and commercial acquisitions in the UK. Charlie worked in the City between 1999 and 2007 and has since gained valuable experience in the property industry when he managed a successful maintenance company in London shortly after 2007. With an abundance of knowledge and enthusiasm to succeed, we consider Charlie to be a valuable and ambitious member of the team. |

Alex Bowman - LettingsAlex joined Estate Office Lettings in October 2010. Alex has been in the residential property industry for almost 5 years now, he is gaining an enviable track record and already has an abundant knowledge of the rental market. At 22 years old he is very ambitious and enthusiastic to succeed in this business. Alex goes from strength to strength and we look forward to him furthering his career with our Company.

Jo Chapman - Administrator Jo has been with the company for approximately twelve years and has provided unrivalled administration support to the various departments in the office, including the principal Directors. She has knowledge of many data systems and oversees multiple tasks in any one day to include the smooth running of the office administration and the best way of contacting our clients. She also maintains the database of clients and further provides accounts support as and when necessary. She is a valued member of the team.

Lee Smith - Investment & DevelopmentLee started his career at Paramount Investments in 1995. He spent 8 very successful & happy years learning the investment development business, further going on to become a Director. He started his own company and acquired and sold many sites Nationwide, working closely with a large Brownfield fund. Lee is a highly focused and confident deal maker and is very happy to be back in the vibrant London market, bringing much knowledge and expertise to the field of investment and development. He has further commented "I am looking forward to doing many more attended exchanges".
Lee joined our team in September 2010 and has already begun to look forward to some lucrative deals in 2011!

Nicola Curtis - Team Secretary Nicola joined the team in 2011 and is responsible for the general property management of the residential rental properties and also provides team secretarial support to the growing office. With over ten years experience in property administration, she has an excellent knowledge base. Nicola additionally assists the Directors on a daily basis and ensures the office runs smoothly.

Joanna Deroukakis - General Counsel Joanna joined the company 2010 as our General Counsel dealing with our in house legal affairs. Joanna is a qualified Solicitor with over five years' Post Qualified Experience and specialising in Commercial and Residential Property. Joanna's expertise in the Law ensures that the company thrives on competency and efficiency. Her ability to look at Property related matters practically and commercially from a legal perspective adds assurance to our clients.
